The Lofts Essex features an elegant design with a contemporary feel for you to call home in your one or two-bedroom flat. Units range from one bedroom to two bedrooms with one bath and two bedroom/two bathroom units.

Amenities include an energy-efficient building, onsite management to cater to all your needs, a 24-hour exercise facility, garage storage lockers for every unit, and free in-building laundry rooms. The property also has a full security surveillance system for added tenant safety.

 

Each unit has a spacious semi-secluded deck for your enjoyment, an open floor plan with simulated wood flooring, and lots of closets for extra storage. Additional steps have also been taken to assist in a quieter living space. Underground parking is available for all the two-bedroom units only, as well as a small storage locker for every rental unit (all included in your rental rate). There are also FREE on-site laundry facilities on each floor for your convenience, and units are cable ready.

 

Please note, The Lofts Essex is a smoke-free and pet-free property.

Rental rates include all your utilities other than electricity, as well as a common trash and recycling location in the building to save on trekking out to the dumpsters.
